I was a non runner and Claire trained me to finish the London marathon with just 4 months training,

I've been coming along to Claire's classes since 2012 and she's just an awesome fitness instructor and personal trainer. At the age of 43 I'm now fitter, healthier and stronger than I've ever been. Claire is a great motivator and knows exactly how to get the best working effort from her clients, I can highly recommend giving one of her sessions a go.



Claire is a brilliant trainer. I used to hate exercise and was extremely unfit but Claire tailored the sessions and broke them down into sections that felt achievable. Now I really love training and am gutted if I miss a session. Since I started training with her I have lost over 2 stone and dropped 2 dress sizes, I also feel healthier and more energetic. I would never have achieved this if it hadn't been for Claire pushing me to do things I never thought possible and encouraging me when I needed it. I'm really looking forward to some brilliant sessions at Ultimate fitness!



During the past 18 months Claire has transformed me from being a "I used to be quite fit" podgy muffin top into a much leaner healthier person who now really enjoys training … has discovered the fantastic world of OCR and to top it all I have dropped 2 jeans sizes

I've been Claire's training partner for 2 years now. I hadn't weight trained before and Claire opened my eyes to the joy of lifting weights. Many women think lifting will make you bulky. It won't, it'll shape your body like nothing else. Every session is varied, fun and empowering. I can't recommend Claire enough. You won't just gain your fitness you'll gain a friend too.



Claire is a fantastic motivator. She will push you to your limits, and then some. I didn't know I had it in me to do any competitive races until I started training with her. Now i want to give them all ago



I found Claire after many years of a real lack of motivation to train and getting incredibly frustrated with not being fit enough for sailing. Her suspension training class got me back on the right track and I looked forward to it each week. Now doing outside training each week and I never know what we'll be doing making it even more fun and a real challenge. Well and truly back on track and enjoying all the sport I do again, thank you Claire!



Claire is a true inspiration - and she has a knack of getting you to push yourself harder than you ever thought possible I'm fitter at 44 than I have ever been and I know with Claire's guidance I will only improve. I've been going to boot camp for a couple of years and it's the most enjoyable exercise class I've done; definitely beats pounding away on a machine inside a gym. Claire's managed to motivate me so much that going out training even when it's cold and wet is now considered a good night out. I'm fitter, stronger and in better physical shape than I have been since my twenties. Not bad for a nearly fifty year old! And if you want to take part in obstacle races, this is the ideal training for it.

Well what can I say that other people have not sat a ready. After been quite fit a few years back lets say 7 year ago ( yes nearly seven year and I did not train at all) which is really bad for me .I had a back problem and didn't really get over it, so I just did nothing at all. I put on weight got fat and it just turned into one big vicious circle. In the end I got in touch with Claire and never looked back, Claire got me training again, got my core stronger, my back felt stronger to and i was excited to train again. Claire is one hell of a trainer/ instructor for sure and I am back running again.
