Personal Training packages can be tailored around a busy schedule with the flexibility to cater for an individual's requirements.
I also review dietary options with my clients, introducing small, effective daily changes in eating habits, encouraging a more healthy personal nutrition plan. Weight and measurements are taken on a regular basis so progress can be monitored which demonstrates how small changes can lead to impressive results.

Small Group Training
Small and personal groups of no more than 4 clients will train for an hour and a half.
Sessions will be structured around a warm-up and mobility section, moving into the tailored strength and conditioning workout using a variety of equipment designed to shape and enhance the body. Completing the session with a cool-down, stretch and muscle flexibility.
This is an eight week course giving clients the opportunity to progress towards their ideal goal. To complete the package there will be ongoing nutritional advice and guidance.
1-1 Personal Training: £40 a session pay as you go or book 10 sessions for £300 (to be used in a 3 month period)
Small Group Training is an 8 week booking - 1 group a week £120.
