We offer several different affordable classes to suit your abilities and goals.
Group activities are a great way to get fit, build core strength, meet new - like-minded people, and have fun whilst burning calories.
Bootcamp is centered on having fun with training. Great for those of you looking to join a fun team with paired and group activities. Train together and support each other whilst learning to overcome obstacles on a more demanding terrain. This class is held on our purpose built outdoor Bootcamp area.

Strength & Conditioning
Classes will consist of a total body workout focussing on strength and endurance. This will be a varied class designed to challenge all abilities and body types. We will be using a wide range of equipment from free weights and kettlebells to suspension trainers and core balls. Training will bring a functional fitness aspect idea for strengthening the body for everyday life.
